The Center for Intelligent Maintenance Systems mission is to enable products and systems to achieve and sustain near-zero breakdown performance, and ultimately transform the traditional maintenance practices from "fail and fix " to "predict and prevent" methodology. The Center is focused on frontier technologies in embedded and remote monitoring, prognostics technologies, and intelligent decision support tools. FTI is a member of the IMS Center. HESS PHM GROUP The Hess PHM Group, Inc provides Prognostic Health Management (PHM), Integrated Vehicle Health Management (IVHM), Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS), and complex system health management consulting to government and industry clients. The main focus of the company is advanced diagnostics, prognostics, overall health, and asset management of machines and systems. The Hess PHM Group is currently working in a wide range of industries including aerospace and defense, wind power, nuclear power, industrial gas turbines, and mining industries. The company is also actively expanding to new industrial that will benefit from PHM and health monitoring technologies.
